Can I cancel my order for a refund?

We can cancel your order for a full refund if you Contact Us within 24 hours of placing your order.


Any cancellation requests after that window will be taken into consideration. If your order has already been processed, your order will need to be returned to receive a refund.

What is your return policy?

For products that meet our free return threshold, we will provide a free return label and full refund or exchange of equal value.

For products that don't meet free return requirements, we still offer full refunds or exchanges of equal value once you have completed your return.

You are eligible for a free return or exchange if...

  • Your order (3 or less items) arrived more than 15 business days after you placed your order
  • Your items were different than those you ordered (wrong size, color, etc.)
  • Your order arrived damaged

Can I exchange my order for a different size?

Yes! You can begin your exchange by Contacting Us.

At this time, we can only offer free returns and exchanges for orders that meet our free return threshold. For size exchanges, we offer an exchange of equal value once you have completed your return.

To begin your return or exchange, please Contact Us, making sure to provide your reason for returning or exchanging, and your desired outcome (refund, new size, etc).

We will determine whether you meet our free return threshold and send you further return or exchange instructions.

My order hasn't arrived yet, can I get a refund or replacement?

Please check the date that you placed your order, as most orders arrive within 10 business days. If your order (3 or less items) hasn't arrived for more than 15 business days after placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Orders over 3 items may take longer to process & ship. Please contact us for questions about larger order shipping & delivery times.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on Custom Products & Orders?

Since your order has been personalized for you, we do not typically accept returns for custom orders. For any order (custom or not) that meets our free return threshold, you may still be eligible for a full refund or exchange of equal value.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5 business days and arrive within 10 business days. However, if our production team has an influx of orders, or your order is over 3 items, it may take longer to arrive.

Orders less than 3 items are eligible for a full refund or replacement if the order hasn't arrived for more than 15 business days.

Custom Orders

What is the difference between a custom product and a custom order request?

Custom products are Cool Girl Bride products that are already listed in our catalog, and can be ordered without submitting a custom request.

They are more limited in personalization, but arrive faster than custom order requests.

If you have an idea of a product that doesn't already exist in our catalog, or you want to personalize one of our designs that doesn't offer customization, you can submit a Custom Order Request!

Custom order requests are reviewed in the order they are submitted, and allow for unlimited customization! If you have an idea, we are happy to help make it happen

How do I request a custom order?

We see the vision! You can send custom requests large or small via our Custom Request form.

Be sure to include your design idea, colors, styles, order quantity, and the deadline date for the order. Requests will be reviewed in chronological order & we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How much will my custom order cost?

Cool Girl Bride provides the best possible custom order pricing to make luxurious custom events & gifting accessible to all!

Depending on the details, our prices tend to align closely with products we have readily available to order, plus a small custom fee.

We'd be happy to show you some of our previous custom work! We have customized our existing products as well executed new designs entirely!

If I submit a custom order, will it arrive on time?

While all custom orders & timelines will be considered, our orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive once placed, and even longer for larger orders.

Please consider your order deadline and make sure there is enough time for our team to execute your vision and your order to be processed and shipped.

When submitting a custom request, be sure to include as much information as possible (your design idea, colors, styles, order quantity, deadline date, etc.) to make the process even quicker.
